We also apply color trapping to help prevent small gaps between colours during printing. Registration marks are included, and every colour layer is clearly labeled to make setup quick and easy.
Colour separation is the process of splitting a multi-colour design into individual colours so each one can be printed separately. This is an essential step in screen printing.
Each colour in the artwork is placed on its own layer, which is then used to create a screen for that specific ink colour. During printing, the screens are applied one at a time, allowing the colours to combine and recreate the full design on the final surface, such as a t-shirt, poster, or other material.
