Our Plastisol PMS Colour Matching service allows you to order custom-mixed plastisol ink based on specific Pantone colours. This ensures your prints match the exact colour you need for your screen printing projects.
You will receive a one quart container of your desired Pantone colour, in a plastic container with easy to re-order QR code.
To order a custom plastisol ink colour, simply place your order for the number of quarts you need, and list the Pantone (PMS) colour code(s) you would like matched.
Once we receive your information, we’ll confirm the details and begin preparing your custom ink as quickly as possible.
The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a global colour standard used by designers and printers to ensure colour consistency. Each Pantone colour is assigned a unique number, making it easier to accurately reproduce the same colour across different printing projects.

For plastisol ink mixing, we match colours using the Pantone Coated Colour Guide. Because of this, we are able to match Pantone colours that end with the letter “C.”
If your artwork doesn’t already list a Pantone colour, you can determine it by selecting the colour from your design using a colour picker to get the HEX code. Once you have the HEX value, you can use an online converter to find the closest matching Pantone colour.
For example, a HEX code like #e41e2d can be used to locate the nearest PMS equivalent.
