Pre-exposed Screen for Screen Printing
Pre-Burned Screens for Screen Printing
Our pre-burned screen service makes screen printing easier by providing ready-to-use screens with your artwork already exposed. We know that coating, exposing, and washing out screens can take time and requires experience and professional equipment, so we handle that step for you.
Each screen is exposed with precision using quality materials to ensure durability and clean, consistent prints. Whether you’re an experienced printer or just getting started, our pre-exposed screens give you a reliable starting point for your next project.
Save time on setup and focus on printing great designs with our professionally prepared screens.
Choosing the Right Mesh Count
110 Mesh
Best for bold designs with low detail. Produces a thicker ink deposit and allows ink to flow through easily.160 Mesh
The most commonly used mesh. Works well for most prints with moderate detail and a balanced ink deposit.200 & 230 Mesh
Ideal for finer detail and halftone prints. Creates a thinner print with less ink deposit.305 Mesh
Designed for very high-detail printing such as posters, CMYK process prints, and very small halftone dots.
Artwork Requirements
Your artwork should be prepared at the exact size you want the final print to be.
Artwork must be black and white only.
Black areas in your file represent the parts that will print.
If submitting a vector file, all fonts must be converted to outlines or rasterized.
Recommended file formats for best results:
.AI, .PSD, .PDF, .BMP
Accepted formats that may work but may reduce print quality:
.JPG, .PNG
If adjustments are needed, we may be able to help modify the file, but file quality will still affect the final result. If you’re unsure about sizing or print readiness, please contact us before placing your order.
After your purchase has been made, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to upload your artwork files.
