Our Film Output Service provides high-quality film positives designed for accurate screen exposure and clean, professional screen prints. Using high-resolution output, we produce sharp films that help ensure your screens capture every detail of your design.
This is a print-only service. Simply upload your file, and we will open it, print it onto premium film, and ship it directly to you. It’s a fast and reliable way to get the films you need for your screen printing workflow.
After your purchase has been made, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to upload your artwork files.
After uploading your artwork, you’ll have the option to include notes or special instructions for your film output.
Vector files are recommended for the most accurate results.
Need Colour Separations or Vector Artwork?
If submitting a raster image, it must already be sized correctly for printing before uploading.
Preferred file formats for best results:
.AI, .PSD, .PDF, .BMP
Accepted formats that may work but may reduce quality:
.JPG, .PNG
Because this is a print-only service, your file must already be prepared for printing. This means it should be:
Converted to solid black artwork
Correctly sized
Any required halftones already applied
Fully print-ready
We may be able to make minor adjustments if necessary, but the quality of the original file will still determine the final result.
Please note that your artwork will be printed at exactly 100% of the size provided. If your design fits within one of our film sizes, we will assume the artwork has been properly prepared and sized.
Raster images can have a size variation of approximately ±5%. If precise dimensions are critical, we recommend submitting a vector file.

Film orders placed Tuesday–Friday before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will usually ship on the next business day.
